A year ago, I entered a small 24 hour restaurant for the first time. During that occasion, it was to try their burger offerings. I’ll be honest, it was one of the better burgers I’ve tried over the last 2 years. Since I’m back at work and in the middle of the preparation that requires most of my attention, my colleagues and I needed something quick to get the job done for the day. Paulo & Suzanne was within reasonably quick driving distance from where we were.

A restaurant that offers a vast menu, you’ll notice the great service. The server treats everyone like they’ve known them for years. You’ll feel good having any meal here.
Burger Ultime
This burger contains lettuce, tomatoes, onions, two types of cheese, south-west sauce, and bacon. I’ll start by saying that this was one of the best burger in the second year of the search. The taste, a mix of sauce and cheese, is absolutely great. The bacon also just adds to the strength of this burger. Even though it’s a bit on the small side, the taste combination makes up for that.
