Have you ever had a meal that you know other people would never agree with you about?  About 2 years ago, I visited Deli Planet and had a burger that really surprised me.  I didn’t go out of my way to tell everyone how good it was because I just knew that others would probably not see it my way.  So, out of nowhere and out of a bit of curiosity, I decided to return to Deli Planet to see if there was consistency.

You’re probably thinking to yourself that Mr. Lew is now desperate for material.  Well, I am not really.   On this faithful night, I got the incredible opportunity to go see the Montreal Canadiens play the Tampa Bay Lightning in the second to last pre-season game before the 2011-2012 season was to start.  Seeing how the Bell Centre has food, I was curious to see how what they served stacked up to other things on the island.

La Cage Aux Sports was one of the burger search location that I’ve been waiting to go to since I began this whole adventure. Over time, I’ve kept this as one of my back-up locations in case another didn’t pan out. However, I found the perfect opportunity to come to the cage of sports. Now, this wasn’t the particular location I chose. Thanks to Janet Jackson at the Bell Center, we had to shuffle down Rene-Levesque to the next closest one, which wasn’t a big deal at all, or so we thought.
