I’ve been wanting to come here for a very long time, but the hours were never convenient to my schedule. I took this opportunity to make time to come here.
Along with a large party, I was the only person in the restaurant. The person who was assigned to me was too busy and I ended up getting served by another person, who was extremely cordial, in my opinion. When it came time to be served by the right person, it was a completely different story. The server was cold and limited interactions to a few seconds. I felt like I was an imposition on this person. Other than that, I liked the decor and the location.

Burger All-Dressed
This burger contains poblano pepper, avocado, cheese, salsa, and Texas style brisket.

On paper, this burger sounds very good and something that I’ve been looking forward to for a very long time. The Texas style brisket is something that clinched it for me. However, expectations often out-weigh end result.
I’ll start with what disappointed me. I didn’t feel the burger was stable enough. At the beginning, I had to push everything back in place. The last thing I needed was to use the utensils to finish. The burger is also extremely messy. The avocado, cheese, and salsa were all over the place. Finally, when I think of these ingredients, I thought I would have more of a punch to it. However, most of the components, especially the brisket and cheese, were lost in the shuffle.
The burger wasn’t all bad, because I mostly enjoyed what I had. I’m no expert on brisket and this was my first time ever tasting it. The brisket, along with the patty, were extremely easy to eat. The burger combination are extremely filling.
In all, this burger has a lot of good components, but fell a little short of what I was expecting. Even though I feel that way, I still believe it’s interesting enough to try.
