I can’t count the number of times I’ve passed by this restaurant on my way home from Chinatown. I always wondered what they served and up until recently, it’s always been a mystery to me. When I entered the restaurant, things were quiet, but that was soon to be changed by the constant flow of patrons coming in and out. The server was very cordial, as was the management staff, who kept things moving. I’ll note the mere litany of flags hanging from the ceiling. Even behind me, were flags of most of the NHL teams. The only negative sign was that I spotted the one for the team from that town where that hockey player who hit Pacioretty comes from.

Fromageburger Géant Deluxe
This burger contains lettuce, tomatoes, onion rings, cheese, and bacon.

This is only the third time that I’ve done onion rings on a burger. The thing is that I’m worried that the extra rings will make the structure of the burger unstable. In this case, it was only an issue at the beginning, as with less burger in hand, things got easier. At points, biting the onion rings reminded me of eating a pogo (corndog) with the taste of the batter. After taking a bite, I decided to apply the mustard to the top bun. It made no difference. I’m still debating to myself whether or not mustard has a place on a good burger. The overall taste of the burger is good and one worth trying. Even though the bacon gets lost somewhat, it’s still cooked to my liking.
