This is a very simple restaurant. The two servers were constantly moving. If they weren’t serving customers, they were washing dishes. The place was busy, even though it wasn’t completely full. The prices on the menu are also very inexpensive.
This burger contains lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayonnaise, cheese, and bacon. This burger looked a little big. I need to note that napkins are a tremendous must. At one point, one of the tomato slices came flying out at me. This definitely is a big structure issue. Structure is something that I find quite important. For one, I never took the pick out. I also needed to place the burger upside down to keep it together, as the bottom bun wanted to take the rest of the meal off.
As for the taste, it reminded me of a burger I had earlier in the search. All the ingredients go well together. There were no issues with taste. It’s size made it difficult to complete, but that’s always a pleasure I like to take.
