To continue the breakfast/brunch theme, I found myself at Eggspectation in a mall of all places. A very roomy restaurant with interesting decor, this place was somewhat unique. Not to mention, the chair at the table was quite heavy to move. Service and waiting time was quite reasonable.

Bacon and Cheddar Burger

This was a solid burger overall. The bacon, for a breakfast place, was very tasty and fit rather well in the entire package. The french fries had what I’ve mentioned before, McDonald’s syndrome. But the mayo dip was a nice complement to take the McDo thoughts out of one’s head.
